Black and White - Bibimbap

From the bottom up:

  • Seasoned sushi rice reheated in a cast iron with sesame oil to mimic a dolsot
  • Carrot & asparagus cut into matchsticks and sauteed with garlic & ginger

  • Sliced cucumber (salt, let stand, rinse, squeeze out water)
  • Bibimbap sauce (gochujang, sugar, water, sesame oil)
  • Fried egg
  • Black sesame seeds
